3366655 - Mobile Learning – Incomplete Optional Survey

SuccessFactors mobile apps do not support the submission of partially completed optional surveys, where a response has not been provided for every question.

• SuccessFactors Mobile App (Android and iOS)
• Learning by SuccessFactors Mobile App (iOS)
• Learning Preview by SuccessFactors Mobile App (iOS)

When the user attempts to submit an optional survey without responses entered for all questions, the mobile apps do not offer the submit action. However, the Admin has previously configured the optional survey with "UsersCanSubmitIncompleteOptionalSurveys=true"

Workaround: 

• Users who do not wish to respond to every question on an optional survey but still want to submit responses to some questions, must access the survey using the web.
•  It remains possible for users to fully complete an optional survey using the mobile apps, or to skip optional surveys.
• On both mobile and web, it is not possible to set specific questions on an optional survey as required (https://me.sap.com/notes/0002524577)

Resolution: 

Currently unsupported for patrial surveys  to be submitted. However, the feature enhancement is being worked on for a future release.
