3366675 - Error NFE_CLOUD 002 when trying to download the XML file of a CT-e document in transaction code J1BNFE

Consider the following scenario:

• You are using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, outbound invoicing option for Brazil (nota fiscal eletrônica) as the messaging system.
• You do not have configured the NF model 0 in the NF-e: System Configuration - Cloud (J_1BNFE_CUST4_1V)

When you try to download the XML file of an Outbound CT-e document (model 57) in the NF-e/CT-e Monitor (transaction code J1BNFE), it is appearing the error message NFE_CLOUD 002 (An error occurred while the system tried to reach cloud services.).
