3366681 - Request to archive users who are terminated with open compliance processes - Onboarding

• When using a receipt, the candidate has to present an original within 90 days and can begin employment while they are in the receipt period.
• During the 90-day receipt period, the candidate left the company for various reasons and is terminated in EC.
• Since Section 2 was never re-completed using original documents, they are still sitting on our Onboarding Dashboard.
• These tasks were supposed to be processed by the archive rule, though did not correct anyone prior to the 2H 2022 release.
