Symptom
- When using a receipt, the candidate has to present an original within 90 days and can begin employment while they are in the receipt period.
- During the 90-day receipt period, the candidate left the company for various reasons and is terminated in EC.
- Since Section 2 was never re-completed using original documents, they are still sitting on our Onboarding Dashboard.
- These tasks were supposed to be processed by the archive rule, though did not correct anyone prior to the 2H 2022 release.

Please submit a support ticket with your approval to execute the below steps and reference this KBA:
- Mark compliance to-dos associated with terminated employees to complete/delete. - This will leave only valid todo entries in the todo entry table.
- Update compliance processes as Cancelled.
- Run "Migrate To-Do Entries to Card Service" Job with "Remove From Card Service and Refresh To-Do Category" for EVerify Category. --> This will make sure to clean up the cards associated with deleted todos from #1 and recreate the cards associated with valid (remaining) todos in the todo table from #1.
