Error "The selected combination of Quantity EA and Corresponding Quantity EA already exists." when attempting to create a new Quantity Conversion in the Product.

• SAP Sales Cloud Version 2
• SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Select Products view.
3. In the Products View, locate and open the desired product.
4. Open the Quantity Conversion tab.
5. Click on the "+" button to create a new Quantity Conversion.
6. See the error message.

PS: If the create button is clicked twice while attempting to create a new Quantity Conversion, it will result in the same error message.

This error message is displayed when there is already a similar Quantity Unit & Corresponding Quantity Unit.

It would be required to delete or modify the existing Quantity Unit & Corresponding Quantity Unit to resolve the error and create the new Quantity Conversion successfully.
