When taking a tour in a goal plan with Latest Goal Management, the tour prompt Expand to see possible states of the objective plan and update it to reflect the current state highlights the date range of the goal plan:

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Log into system as a new employee
2. Select Home dropdown > Goals/Objectives
3. Receive a Welcome to the Latest Goal Management! popup > Select Start Tour
4. Select Next 3 times
5. See the plan date range is highlighted but the description talks about the states
