You want to hide the "Entitlement Amount" graph shown in the Benefits Section in the Employee's Profile.

Entitlement Amount cannot be hidden in the claim screen. The graph, along with the other details, is not customizable. 

Note: Do not set the field "entitlementAmount" field in the object as "not visible", as this can cause malfunctioning and data issues.
