3366752 - Cannot input Position/Location while input Department/Division/Company in Panel - onboarding 1.0

In a panel to enter info of corporates structure,

Select a value in one field, for example, Position,

Then the field like Department cannot select any vaule.

The parents and children relationship is not maintained well.

1. Check the field associated to Position if "Parent Corporate Structure Control" is maintained, for example, Department
2. Go to Super Admin >> Corporate Structure, check if Parent Levels and Child Levels are maintained correctly in each level.
3. Go to Onboaring 1.0 >> Reference Files >> Corporate Structure
4. Find the Position record you want to enter to panel
5. Add Parents relation by searching the name of the Department record
6. Find the Department record you want to enter to panel
7. Add Children relation by searching the name of the Position record
8. Go to the panel, both Department and Position can be added
