Cause
The app was deprecated long time ago. The replacement of set group is global hierarchy.
Resolution
You should use app Migrate Set-Based Groups to Global Hierarchies to migrate the existing set groups into global hierarchies, and then manage them with app Manage Global Hierarchies.
