3366829 - Workflow deadline monitoring is not working as expected

Symptom

  • Workflow deadline monitoring is not working as expected (e.g. deadline notifications are not sent; requested start work items not started after deadline reached).
  • In SM37, deadline job SAP_WORKFLOW_DEADLINE is released but no finished jobs can be found.
  • In SM37, scheduler job SAP_WORKFLOW_SYSTEM is running. In its job log "No authorization for operation 'Execute' of group 'ADMIN' (SWF_UTL001)" can be found.
