3367084 - [Onboarding] Personal data collection doesn't show start button for onboardee

• Onboardee is not able to see the start button to start the personal data collection step.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The hiring manager field is null for the affected candidate and hence the PDC step is not triggered.

Please maintain the Hiring manager value to fix the issue. 

Please follow below steps:

• Go to Onboarding dashboard and search for candidate.
• Under Actions -> New hire data review, assign the hiring manager value and save it. 
• Post this restart Onboarding for the external user.
