It's not possible to trigger email notification based on candidate's start date.

This is expected behavior.

• The system currently does not support email scheduling in onboarding custom notifications, so a custom email notification based on candidate's Start Date is not possible.
• Enhancement requests can be submitted following KBA 2090228.
