3367163 - Preferred Region dropdown is not listing the entities in alphabetical order

When the user is requesting a class, the list of regions displayed at the "Preferred Regions" dropdown isn't following any clear order

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HXM > navigate to LMS as user > search the required item >
2. Click on "Request a Class" > while searching for the region at the "Preferred Region" dropdown, the options are shown in a mixed order

When Course Home is enabled, the Preferred Region dropdown is not listing the entities alphabetically.

The Learning Engineering team has provided a fix for the issue, which is planned to be delivered within the b2311 release version as per the schedule below (Product Release & Road Map Information):

• Preview environments: October 20th, 2023
• Production environments: November 17th, 2023

With the fix, the Preferred Regions should be listed in alphabetical order, listed by Region ID.
