3367234 - % of total score is not editable in Goal section of Performance form

Symptom

% of total score is not editable in Goal section of performance form even after enabling the below options:

- Enabled "Include the ability to enter in a weight"
- Granted item weight permission for all roles and route steps
- No section permission restricted
- Still pencil icon next to "% of total score" to edit is not showing

Reproducing the Issue

Open performance form from Inbox
Navigate to goal section
Try to edit "% of total score"

Cause

“Auto populate goal weights from weights in the goal plan” is enabled in Goal section of performance template.

When this option is enabled, weights from the goal plan will synchronize to the form and will not be editable in PM form.

Resolution

Go to Manage templates
Open the required performance template
Under Edit fields and sections -> Navigate to Goal section
Click on Show advanced options
Uncheck the option "Auto populate goal weights from weights in the goal plan"
Launch new form to reflect the change
