3367252 - Roles are imported but Users are not synced in SAP Authentication

Symptom

  • Adding roles in the CMC > authentication > SAP plugin the users do not show up in users and groups.

  • CMS High Level Traces show error Message : 

UserReloadThread: doing the import users.

UserReloadThread: license count is 0

UserReloadThread: will not import any secSAPR3 users since the concurrent user license count is zero.
