3367256 - Error: (PIP) Cannot create named pipe

Symptom

You are performing ABAP system upgrade/update. DMO with system move is enabled.
 
An error occurred in phase "MAIN_NEWBAS/SUBMOD_CPFROMSHD_DT/EU_CLONE_CPFROMSHD_DT".
 
In the phase error log file "R3LDCALLRUN_NEW.ELG", there is the following error.
