Symptom
Agency user submitted an existing candidate with a new CV/resume file. However, the change record is not captured in Candidate Profile history.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Agency portal.
- Select a Job Requisition.
- Click Submit Existing Candidate in Action menu.
- Select an existing candidate and upload a new file.
- Click Submit Existing Candidate, then you can see the successful message.
- Go to Recruiting > Candidates.
- Search for the existing candidate and open the profile.
- The new CV file is available on the profile, but no change record in history.
Resolution
The Engineering team is aware of this issue and is working to provide a solution soon.
If you are experiencing this issue, you can either submit a ticket to Product Support team or follow up this KBA by clicking on the Star icon in the upper right corner.
The workaround is to upload the new CV file on candidate profile page directly.
