Symptom

When trying to add a marketing document or update a form, one of the following error messages appears:

  • Could not connect to the database server; check the connection (ODBC -1101) [Message 131-183]
  • Could not commit transaction: error -1 detected during transaction
  • Could not commit transaction: Error -1 detected during transaction '' (PHA4)
  • Internal error (3006) occurred [Message 131-183]
