3367457 - How to retrieve candidates from Naukri?

Since end of 2021, Naukri has decided to stop the URL redirection to customer's site to let candidates apply directly in the job board site when using Recruiting Posting feature. The job board decide to keep the applications inside their system. This KBA aims to show the solution that Naukri currently offers to retrieve the candidates from their job board to SuccessFactors.

This solution will apply only to new customer signing contract with Naukri.

Current customer will be able to use the URL redirection until they've renewed their Naukri contract. Once their renewed their Naukri contract, they will have to implement the solution suggested by Naukri in order import of candidates to Successfactors.

Customer will need to liaise with his partner to leverage the solution suggested by Naukri. Here is the solution that customers can use to import candidates from the job board to Naukri.

Pull candidates for the entire company: https://apipreprod1.zwayam.com/amplify/swagger-ui/index.html#/Apply/getAppliesForCompany : Use this endpoint if you would prefer to pull all applies at once and manage allocation to jobs at your end. To get all candidates for your company within a specific timeframe. This endpoint is useful if you want to pull all candidates within an hour and then segregate them into jobs inside your system.
