3367548 - External Candidates are unable to apply as Resume field isn't visible in Quick Apply when using pt-BR/fr-FR languages - RCM

When Quick Apply is enabled, the Resume field is not displaying in the job application when using pt-BR and fr-FR languages.

It's also not possible to switch the language as the language toggle is not displaying.

UPDATE: The issue has already been fixed through the Patch b2305p21. The problem should no longer be happening as of now.

This issue has already been raised to our Engineering team to investigate.

We have two possible Workarounds:

1. Disable Quick Apply from the job requisition. Disabling Quick Apply will show the Resume field, and should allow the candidates to apply successfully.

2. The French and Portuguese translations for the key RECRUITING_INVALID_CELL_PHONE is not being encoded which breaks the application. They have noted that this is because for Brazilian Portuguese and French languages, the straight ANSI quotation marks (") are not acceptable.

   Our Engineering Team is recommending to replace the straight ANSI double quotation marks with single straight apostrophes for Brazilian Portuguese and French languages.

   This can be done in Admin Center > Manage Languages and for assistance please go through SAP online help document.

   Key = RECRUITING_INVALID_CELL_PHONE

   Brazilian Portuguese: \{0\} tem uma entrada inválida. Este campo pode conter somente valores numéricos e estes caracteres especiais: '+', '(' ')', '-', '.' e ESPAÇO.

   French: \{0\} a une entrée non valide. Ce champ ne doit contenir que des valeurs numériques et les caractères spéciaux suivants : '+'  '('  ')'  '-'  '.' et ESPACE.
