3367621 - Behaviour of Sender's email address for Interview emails

Symptom

When scheduling an interview and sending the email to the candidate, the “From” is showing as the user’s email address rather than the full name.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Recruiting > Interview Scheduling
  2. Select a Job requisition
  3. Select a Candidate
  4. Add an Interviewer
  5. Click on Find availability
  6. Click on Add Custom Slot
  7. Select a time slot
  8. Click on Continue
  9. In the next pop up window you will see the Organizer's email address
  10. Click on Send to Candidate
  11. The email the candidates receives shows the interviewer organizer's email address

Resolution

This has been determined to be an expected behaviour and changing this will require an enhancement request.
