3367651 - Maintain Restrictions: colour scheme of assigned restriction

After navigating to the "Display restrictions" section within the Maintain Business Roles app, it is noted that some restriction types are marked as green even if some values are not maintained.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open the Maintain Business Roles app.
2. Choose a business role and navigate to detail.
3. Click on Display Restrictions.
4. Expand "Assigned Restriction Types".
5. It is observed that empty restriction types are marked as green.

As per Maintain Restrictions, the colors which appear to the user are described as below: 

• Green: all restrictions of this type have been processed (either maintained with values or set to Not Maintained intentionally)

• Orange: at least one field is still empty

However, in the case that a restriction can be maintained for Write, Read and Value Help. If the Write restriction is maintained, it will qualify as maintained(green) because the write access grants read and value help access.

The same applies if a restriction can be maintained for Read and Value Help. If the read restriction is maintained, it will qualify as maintained(green) even if the value help is not maintained or empty.
