Symptom

SAP Fieldglass offers SAP for Me portal for Buyer and PMO users who have an SAP s-user account.

  • On June 9, 2025: Expert Chat went live on SAP for Me in addition to webform case submission.

The Help Center portal is for worker and supplier users (and those buyer users who do not have an s-user account to access SAP for Me).

  • On June 9, 2025: Request a Call is replaced with Live Chat on Help Center in addition to webform case submission.
  • On October 23, 2023: legacy SAP Fieldglass direct dial phone numbers and email addresses were decommissioned.
