3367761 - SOAP CI-DS task/job fails with error: There is no response for the web service <SERVICE_NAME>

Symptom

There is a CI-DS task/job which is connecting to an ERP SOAP endpoint (Web Service Binding), however the communication fails with the error below on CI/DS logs side:

There is no response for the web service <SERVICE_NAME>. Ensure that the network, web server, and service is running properly. Also ensure that the service client call time out is set properly.
