When checking the detail error message from SOST with error mail, you can see following info

•Messages (Email, Fax, etc.) being sent from the SAP system are failing in SOST with 'XS612 440 mail from account doesn't conform with authentication'.
•The long text of the XS612 message displayed as following

There are no current deliveries to XXX.COM
Message number XS612

Diagnostics
The message has been processed correctly in the SAP system. However, a subsequent system registered that the current message could not be delivered to the recipient XXX.COM
