3368091 - Error message displayed when changing project stage from 'Closed' to 'Completed'

When setting the stage from 'Closed' to 'Completed' in Customer Projects, the following message is encountered: "System status CLSD is active (WBS XXXX.0.1)". An exception message is also raised subsequently.

• Sales and Distribution (SD)
• Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM)
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud CE2308

Profitability segment number (PAOBJNR) domain was changed in 2308.

A correction is planned for hotfix collection 4 (HFC04). See schedule for more details.

In the meantime, a workaround is available:

1. Open the "Closed" Project.
2. Go to Edit mode and navigate to the "Billing" section. 
3. Make a dummy change; i.e. such as entering a value for the customer reference. 
4. Navigate back to the section "Information" of the project. In the Data Loss Warning Popup ensure that the change is saved.
