3368114 - [Onboarding] Rehire candidate landed into Business process tile after initiating onboarding

• When initiating onboarding for rehire candidates from RCM, the candidate is landing into business process tile with following error: 
• Rule execution for responsibility group assignment, the rule failed while building candidate details for execution. Please try again later.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Issue 1:

• The XML uploaded from the provisioning for "Import/Export Candidate to employee integration template" was incorrect.
• In the above template additional field is added which is not mapped in recruit to hire data mapping tool

Issue 2: 

• The Phone type passed is incorrect

Resolution 1: 

Follow below steps to fix the issue:

• Go to Provisioning
• Search for "Import/Export Candidate to employee integration template". click on it and you select export and export the file. 
• Validate the mapping. Make sure the field mapped in the above template is present in recruit to hire data mapping tool and is mapped. 
• If the field is not mapped in recruit to hire data mapping tool, remove the field mapping from the above template and import it again. 

Resolution 2: 

• Please make sure Valid Phone type is passed. The Phone types mentioned in the KBA should be maintained and passed from RCM side. 2894061 - [Onboarding] Process not created due to incorrect EC Picklist Association - Onboarding - SAP for Me
