When users submit their 360 review form, they receive an application error:
Your request has not been processed successfully. Please try again.
If the problem persists, please contact client support and provide the event code and the server timestamp below.

Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to system
- Home dropdown > Performance
- Select 360 form
- Enter Comments
- Select Submit Finished Form > Submit Finished Form
- Receive application error
Cause
is not enabled
Resolution
Grant the Performance Management Access permission to users receiving the error message by following the steps in Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Restricting Access to Performance Management.
