When users submit their 360 review form, they receive an application error:

1. Log in to system
2. Home dropdown > Performance
3. Select 360 form
4. Enter Comments
5. Select Submit Finished Form > Submit Finished Form
6. Receive application error

Performance Management Access is not enabled

Grant the Performance Management Access permission to users receiving the error message by following the steps in Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Restricting Access to Performance Management.
