3368171 - Error: 'Invalid dateTime value "YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS-GMT" (Hour must be two digits)'

When a cXML document is processed by the Managed Gateway, an error is triggered if the "timestamp=" field (located at the header level) contains data that doesn't adhere to the correct DateTime format specified in the Managed Gateway's WSDL definition.

The error message displayed is ERROR: "Invalid dateTime value 'YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS-GMT' (Hour must be two digits)."
