3368207 - How to convert user_id from Audit Log to human readable format

You are using the SAP KBA 2637286 to trigger Audit Logs for SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and are unable to interpret the user_id parameter. For example in the below excerpt from the API output, it is not clear as to which user did the role collection amendment.
