3368226 - HR cannot complete signature step - Onboarding 1.0

When the HR responsible user clicked on a candidate's name, the page turned black and then redirected to the Onboarding 1.0 home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Proxy as HR responsible user
2. Find the candidate in Signature Step in Work queue
3. Click the name
4. The page went black and then jumped to the Onboarding 1.0 home page

The "Employee" flag is checked under Security > Users for this HR responsible user.

1. Go to Security -> Users
2. Find the HR responsible user
3. Double click the name
4. Uncheck this checkbox "Employee"
5. Click "Save"
