Symptom
The Customer Invoice documents status are shown as "Pending" for assigned printers. The logs in the Cloud Print Manager (CPM) error message is displayed as "Unable to connect to the remote server Exception during cache check. Try to get new cache URL is populated"

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Application and User Management Workcenter
- Go to Print Queue view
Observe the Print Queue Status for the Invoice Document is shown as "Successful".
Now, follow the steps below to notice the discrepancy.
- Go to Customer Invoicing Workcenter
- Go to Invoice Documents view
- Select Invoice ID: XYZ
- Select View All
- Navigate to the Output History tab
Observe the Invoice Document Status is shown as "Pending".
Resolution
The user has to create a new print queue and add a rule to that queue to verify the settings.
To verify please follow the below steps:
- Go to Application and User Management Work center
- Go to the Print Queue view
- Select the Queue ID: ABC
- Select Edit to check the Queued Documents
- Now Go to the Cloud Print Manager
- Enable the Save to File checkbox
- Start the SAP Cloud Print Service
The queued documents are now printed successfully.
