When logged in a different language, the Installed Base name is blank.
E.g you added the Installed Base Name when logged in English, now when logging in Spanish, the Installed Base added in English is name is not visible.

Cause
This is the system standard behavior. By default Installed Bases can have different Names in different Languages, the same behavior is also in place for other areas like Workflow Rules.
Resolution
Please login in the other system language and add the required name for the Installed Base. Different Names can be considered for different languages.
