3368280 - error occured during the execution of Restart Java System during upgrade via SUM

You are doing Java system upgrade via SUM.
Upgrade stopped with the below error in SUM UI:

The following error or errors have occurred during the execution of the current step: 

Cannot install and start service for instance <Nr> on host XXX. Return code condition success evaluated to false for process sapstartsrv for action install service. 

For more information, see the files /usr/sap/<SID>/SUM/sdt/log/SUM/RESTART-SYSTEM-JAVAONLY_NN.LOG and ProcessOverview.html.

In log INSTALL_SERVICE_AA_BB.ERR, following error message can be found.

~/sapstartsrv: /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.26' not found (required by /usr/sap/<SID>/SCS03/exe/libsapnwrfc.so)

You also tried manually start the instance. The same error message "version `GLIBCXX_3.4.26' not found" was raised.
