3368346 - Apache Camel Upgraded Cloud Integration test tenant does not have Message Queues tile

Symptom

You have been provided with a test cloud integration tenant by SAP, that already has updated Apache Camel runtime 3.14.x, this is only to test your custom integration adapters, before all cloud integration tenants would receive the software update. This tenant does not have the "Message Queues" tile in it . Message Queues tile is missing from the tenant.
