How To Retrieve Work Permit  record in Canvas Report

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• Report Canvas
• Employee Central - Work Permit

Create a New report

1. Go to Report Center
2. Click on Report Canvas -Then Select
3. Give your report a name
4. Mouse over table and Drag down 

1. Click on: Edit Query
2. Select Advance Reporting
3. New
4. OK

Step 1: Select Parent or Root table

1. Person
2. Select Person Child Table Personal Information
3. Select and drag First Name - Last Name - UserID or SuccessFactors ID

 Step 2: Select Child Table Work Permit

• Work Permit
• Select and drag all information regarding Work Permit

Example: Document Type , Document Title

Step 3:

1. Save Report ( View : 2543169 - How to Save the Query in Report Center for future use)
2. Click Objects and View Report overview
