The job Create Offboarding activity is failing, there was not recent changes, and the job is only failing.

The Create Offboarding activity job will fail, if there is a mass termination of employees within the instance. The maximum limit of the job is 200 employees, more than that, will make the job fail.

Expected behavior when there are more than 200 employees being terminated, is not possible to raise this limit.
