3368629 - Custom Palettes in custom themes not being applied in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

After creating a custom theme with a custom palette in a story, the palette is applied to the story in which it was created, but any other stories that the theme is applied to will not have the custom palette applied.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2023.16.3

1. Create a new story
2. Add a chart
3. Click on ... under More in the toolbar -> Theme -> Create Theme
4. Under Widget Settings go to Charts 
5. Go down to Default Color Palettes
6. Edit the Standard Palette -> Create new Palette
7. Click SaveAs - save the new palette
8. Note that the palette is applied to the chart
9. Create a new story - Optimized Design Experience
10. Add a chart
11.  Click on ... under More in the toolbar -> Theme -> Select the Palette that you saved in step 6.
12. Note that the Palette is not applied
