3368656 - Migration Object 'PM - Maintenance Order' fails with error 'System status APRQ is active (QNF 10000001)'

Symptom

Migration Object 'PM - Maintenance Order' fails with error 'System status APRQ is active (QNF 10000001)' and not known why
Maintenance Order upload fails when the status of maintenance notification assigned is not in status "Accepted"

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Plant Maintenance ( EAM - Asset Management )

Reproducing the Issue

1.Go to the Migration Cockpit App
2.Create Project with Migration Object = PM - Maintenance order
3.Download Migration Template
4 Fill up the migration data and upload to the system
5.Prepare
6.Mapping Tasks
7.Simulate
8.Error appears

Cause

The template is maintained with an order type, which requires an approved notification. If this notification you've maintained in the order header data is not approved, the mentioned error messages will result.

Resolution

You should either change the order type or approve the assigned notifications before you're starting the migration of the orders
