3368677 - IAS is calling the wrong subaccount when trying to reach corporate user store

Symptom

  • There is a need for applications to login via Identity Authentication (IAS) with user credentials managed by a corporate user store (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory User Store).
  • When users try to login, IAS is not calling the correct BTP subaccount that's linked to the correct Cloud Connector and corporate user store.
  • IAS Troubleshooting Log shows the following error:
    Authentication failure when calling CorporateUserStore.Can not perform http request to: https://proxysci-<subaccount_technical_name>.hana.ondemand.com/rest/v1/users/<user>to Caused by: Error requesting access token. Caused by: 503
