3368692 - Form goal data not sync with Goal Plan - SuccessFactors Performance Management

Using a Goal Plan with different states and change state based on form routing, some values from goal fields do not get updated in the Form Goal Section.

Expected behavior

In this scenario, a value is updated in the goal plan, or in a previous step by a Manager for example, in the next step, the employee does not see the goal field with the latest updates, not until they manually save the goal in the form.

This is because the employee is not granted with a Read permission in the target Goal Plan state, hence, the values are not reflected in the form.

If a user needs to see a Goal PLan field in the form, the necessary permissions should be also granted in the Goal Plan for the affected states.
