Unable to login to the instance saying Invalid username or password.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to the instance via PWD login
2. Enter username and password
3. Getting error Invalid username or password
Cause
Impacted user have data issue in the backend due to past inactive employments.
Resolution
Use the check tool in future to fix incorrect assignment id associated with the impacted user.
