3368743 - Instance Sync tool sync's other unselected artifacts

Instance Sync synchronized other artifacts instead of the selected artifacts only.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Login to the instance
2. Go to Instance Synchronization tool
3. Select Configuration copy
4. Select the paired instance
5. Select artifact type from MDF Data
6. Click Continue as is
7. Create a name and username should be superadmin user
8. Select the artifacts
9. Other artifacts are impacted and synced

Expected behavior since the selected artifacts have dependencies with other artifacts

Check configure object definition for the selected object and validate for the dependent objects.
