3368769 - Application Logging Service binding get deleted when deploy custom application via BAS

• Notice the bound application number of Application Logging Service get decreased in BTP Cockpit.
• When deploy custom application such as via Business Application Studio (BAS), notice the binding to Application Logging Service get unbind but not rebind. From BAS console can see log like:

  Application <custom app name> attributes are not modified and will not be updated 
  Unbinding service instance "<application logging service instance name>" from application "<custom app name>"... 
  ...
  Uploading application <app name>...
