First check order master data - go into tab Control - check setting for ActCstgVar.

Find corresponding valuation variant according to description of KBA 3095001.

Check the valuation variant configuration detail via SSCUI 102608 Define Valuation Variants per Plant. (check detail for tab "Internal acty")

If your setting here is relevant with Actual Price, please make sure you maintain actual price for all the ledgers.

You can check the prices via app Manage Cost Rates - Actual.
