3368774 - Updating "Not In Hierarchy" element in a dimension will get an error during saving

• Updating "Not In Hierarchy" element in a dimension will get an error during saving:

can't convert undefined to object

• Reloading the page the change has come through.

1. Access SAC system.
2. Access a dimension with an element's Member ID Not In Hierarchy.
3. Change the Description for the Member ID Not In Hierarchy.
4. Click Save then will get the error:

   can't convert undefined to object

   Correlation ID: 41481652-5613-4815-9605-916136422602

5. Reload the page, and the change has come through.
