3368856 - Transaction OAAD allows all Users with access to delete and create Archivelink files.

Symptom

  • In transaction OAAD, files archived using Archivelink can be displayed however deleted by any User with access, also any User with access can store/assign documents and create new links. 
  • S_WFAR_OBJ authorization object has no effect within transaction OAAD.  
  • Is it possible to prohibit Users with access to OAAD to delete files, store/assign documents and create new links?
