The XML Data has been not sent to the 3rd party Application.
Recently upgraded 3rd Party application (Example: REMEDY), 3rd Party application receive the data from PI System using SOAP HTTP but the latest version of the 3rd party application cannot accept the XML content-type as they can only receive the data in plain/text.
