3369014 - Goal Details updated for Completed forms - SuccessFactors performance Management

When changing goal plan states, the goal details fields are being dynamically shown/hidden in the Completed PM forms.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Create a performance form associated to a goal plan with multiple states
2. The goal plan state is modified and the goal fields in the form will respect the goal plan state permissions
3. With the form Completed, the Goal plan state is changed, and this is also reflecting dynamically in the PM form

Expectation would be that the goal fields should not be impacted by the goal plan state change when the form is already completed.

Expected behavior

This is currently the behavior by design of the product, the performance forms consume live API data from the goal plan.
