SAP SuccessFactors’ Event Notification Subscription has been deprecated and is being migrated to the new tool Event Subscription Management (cf. this KBA for additional details).
A daily job has been put in place to automatically migrate existing event subscriptions to the new tool. Your organization has been approached as this automatic migration is not working and we need you to take action as indicated below (IMPORTANT: the functionality will be deleted in 2H 2023 and unless the data is migrated manually, it will be lost).

1. Logon to SAP SuccessFactors
2. Verify that the Authentication type for the existing subscriptions under Event Notification Subscription is of Type “None”
3. Delete the existing subscriptions
4. Re-create the new subscription manually according to either this Guide or KBA 3338885.
