3369076 - Wrong Reporting Line Unit Shown for Employees in Resource Calendar - My Area Report

An employee is assigned to Reporting Line Unit A in Personnel Administration, however the Resource Calendar - My Area Report displays the employee under Reporting Line Unit B (where A and B Represent Reporting Line Units).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Personnel Administration Work Center.
2. Go to Employees View.
3. When selecting the employee, Reporting Line Unit A, which is the correct one, is displayed.
4. After that go to Business Analytics Work Center.
5. Open Design Reports View.
6. Search for "Resource Calendar - My Area" and open it.
7. In the Employee field, choose the requested employee and select Reporting Line Unit as B.
8. The employee is displayed under Reporting Line Unit B.
9. When selecting Reporting Line Unit as A, the employee is also displayed.

Employee has been transferred from Reporting Line Unit B to A, therefore in analytical report will showcase the employee under all Reporting Line Units which that employee has already worked.

You can verify this by following the steps below:

1. Go to Personnel Administration Work Center.
2. Go to Employees View.
3. Select the employee and click Edit button.
4. Go to Employment tab.
5. Select Organizational Assignment subtab.
6. Check the Organizational Assignments.
